Sand in the tank is fluidized by low pressure air (aeration)

Air is introduced from the top of tank, and sand is filled into flask.
Fluidized sand fills intricate area of pattern securing uniform filling density.
Squeeze pressure balance control
Pressure to the pattern during squeeze is automatically adjusted.
→ Pattern is not distorted during squeeze
→ Pattern draw accuracy is improved. Draft angle: 1~2°⇒ 0.5~1°
